Welcome to East Gate Health. Our practice is situated in a private studio, surrounded by tranquil gardens, in the heart of historic Kingston, Ontario.

Our long-term immersion in Chinese Medicine has informed our philosophy of healthcare. We see ourselves as part of the natural world and view health as a dynamic state of well-being which is constantly changing and evolving. The body is designed to be able to adjust to the stresses and challenges it encounters. The body’s ability to adjust determines the state of its health. When the body loses this ability health becomes compromised and disease develops.
